if the MB hasn't shit itself yet use Gil to buy a i350 weapon.
Otherwise you could do Eureka to progress your MH pretty rapidly.

Yah, just looked. Some available.
single-target. Astro should be able to put up some respectable numbers with Lightspeed attack spam... maybe.
no see because it was AoE, the effects of the reduced potency... I mean when you have multiple targets, what happened was...
...I swear there was a reason I used to do that >.> I blame reddit?
Probably just for fun? This change doesn't increase DPS anyway because you're still bound to the GCD but it's a much needed QoL update for a job that revolves around the card system. It makes you way more MP efficient though which is great and a much needed change for AST. Malefic's casting time reduction will improve DPS but only because you're able to use cards while waiting instead of wasting GCD time on them.
well you are right about that, Gravity spam is fun I was thinking Lightspeed reduced GCD but that's Presence of Mind, not Lightspeed >.> oops
being able to use cards between GCDs will be awesome tho for sure
How do I beat the Genbu fight...after Genbu leaves, the bubbles with tatataru or w/e?
Stay away from the bubbles unless you can heal yourself.
Tataru has more than enough HP to tank them, but heals you way too slowly to heal the damage you take from them and Super Soroban.
Maybe just run through them while you keep moving so they do their AoE or whatever.
Pretty sure everyone already realised this, but Clear Demimateria and the allagan x Pieces makes the enclave over in a heartbeat
Greed only will be changed back to the previous Need/Greed system in the next hotfix.
I am like the only person who is against this lol
been gearing up my mage with my healer in Ridorana and I fucking love it
I applaud you for not going insane trying to heal there, people just make it unbearably difficult.
I welcome any change that lets me run it the least amount of times per week.
Healing lighthouse is just like healing any other raid. The first few weeks people suck ass at it and the healers get to carry. It's basically comm farming. That said, I didn't get loot last week because shit I want doesn't drop, and when it does drop I can't win it - but I would be in the same situation either way. I prefer to run healer in 24mans because it's what I'm best at, but I roll on caster gear because I use mendacity on healer gear. So need or greed doesn't even matter to me normally. Need being re-implemented just means if I want a better chance at loot I have to run a more severely undergeared job I'm not as good at.
Just see it as more practice on a job you don't play. Otherwise, why bother gearing up a job you don't want to play or get better at?

^agreed. Never understood the argument of "I want gear for this class but I don't want to play this class"
