My doctor wants me to get the flu shot because of my tendency to get sick every year once I’m over this strep throat. With my luck I’ll actually get sick from it too lol. I used to get sick much more often and admit I’m recovering faster than I used to in general. At least I don’t pay for it either so it’s not really a loss for me either way.

Sometimes I wonder how my coworker has made it through 18 years. My company has an integrated system to pull all vehicle info by just using the VIN. I ran a quote for a customer and saved the VIN in her notes. I tell my coworker this. She says, "I hope you saved the year make and exact model!!" Holy shit, just use the fucking tool. That's why we have it. Fuck.

It's really about herd immunity and keeping at-risk people safe. If someone lives with their grandma or a baby then they should get the shot yearly.

I’ve been off work since Monday due to this stupid strep throat so I’ve been wasting time by playing Tales of Zesteria. First rpg in awhile I’ve gotten engrossed in so have been staying up until 1-2am every night. I had my screen door open to let some cool air in the apartment last night when all three of my cats are suddenly staring intently. That’s when I notice a random kitty outside and mine are having none of it. Even after closing the damn door they decided to fight among themselves until about 3am.

I have to work tomorrow so I’m trying to fix my sleep schedule. I want to go back to bed but also want to be able to sleep tonight

$2200 new; I'm the 2nd owner, got it for around 800. It's the "BG bike"

Last year in Novemember, I did 2k miles in 5 weeks (but that was specifically for cardio, was averaging 57 miles a day; that's def not normal lol)

How many did the last guy? It's aluminum frame aint it and what 6+ years old? Shouldn't you be thinking of replacement soon anyways especially how hard you ride... into busses?

The frame itself is still in great shape. Just some of the components and realistically, considering how great of a deal I got on it, there's nothing I could replace it with that'd come even close to the same quality (especially when getting something worse used is still gonna cost more than it is to just fix what the problems w/ this bike are)
