Yet another instacart fail, but this is going to turn into a TASTY one.

So okay, sis orders some stuff from Aldi's; that included 6 packages of mushrooms + some pea pods since she likes to snack on those. Somehow, we got something like this and ONE pack of mushrooms.

How do pea pods turn into RAISINS? (We were not told about the substitution; heck the shopper never even talked to us) Anyway me and Neko went there this weekend and got the mushrooms (Not the kind that was on sale, sadly. They were out.) and the misbegotten pea pods. Since we can't return the raisins, I'm making oatmeal cookies out of them (and s'more we had around); No one's gonna eat those raisins plain! But those oatmeal cookies are going to disappear fast. I know they are.

In less than 30 minutes at work, I want to punch my monitors. Someone moved some folders on the network without permission and now it's forcing a work stoppage because FDA/TUV regulations and cGMP.

been craving a lazy chips and dip day for awhile. So go check a few stores for some of that classic lay's ranch/French onion. Can't find that shit anywhere. Check a store near me that I know I saw it there last time I was there. Nothing.... and they were both recalled a couple of weeks ago supposedly for possible spoilage. Psh that shit lasts years on the shelf

Work was a dumpster fire most of the day , hot as fuck becausethe A/C was broken most the day. Then come home to no A/C in the apartment and am just over dealing with anything today. It's almost 90 degrees at 7pm.

And my dumbass signed up for overtime the next 3 weeks..ugh. At least tomorrow is Friday..

And to to top it all off our hot water is apparently out so just shivered through the coldest shower of my life. I feel like getting drunk but can't until tomorrow.

So because of everything going on we are doing appointments. Boss has been handling most of it and giving himself 15 minute blocks per person. For today he books 2-3 people per block... then before I can even think of having lunch leaves saying he has a meeting as the only person here to handle them.

Went to grab a bowl just now out of the cupboard so I could out a package of defrosted hamburger in it and toss it into the fridge. Managed to have the bowl slip out of my hand, bounce off my foot and then break on the floor.
