They could have had Brock destroy the ring at HIAC, and no one would be mocking the fact that a HIAC match got thrown out. Well, some people still probably would, but you need a ring to have a match (inb4 someone references the Umaga/Cena last man standing match)

What they should have done is use the fact that the ref tried to stop a HIAC match earlier that same night for the safety of a wrestler and was forced to count a pinfall to explain why the ref (it was even the same ref!) was so quick to call a no contest. I know WWE doesn't have a lot of internal continuity but it was just a few hours ago on the same show.

2 things:
1. WHAT HAPPENED IN MILWAUKEE LANA? lol... poor Aiden, not sure why they're gonna throw him back to obscurity after this storyline is over... he should have stayed with Rusev.

Oh it's Rawley. I don't even watch RAW anymore. Only time he was tolerable was when he was part of the Hype Bros with Zack Ryder who I think is criminally underrated.

I don't know how many people even follow along with Lucha Underground enough to even have any idea of what storylines are going on. In fairness, actually watching it, I'm not sure I understand certain things that are going on, but that's LU for you. I just wanted to point out something in the DVR description for tonight's episode: "Jake Strong takes on Drago and Aerostar in a Nunchuck Match" For those that don't know, Jake Strong is the former Jack Swagger. I don't have a goddamn clue what a nunchuck match is, but it sounds fucking AWESOME. Eat your heart out, Full Sail!

Hiroyo Matusmoto match was fun. The crowd gave her no reaction though. Too bad because she is on Meiko Satomura/Io Shirai level in Japan. She never loses and always goes to a time limit draw vs Meiko or Io.

Nunchucks are allowed. There was one I think season 2 with drago and Aerostar vs jack evans or whatever his name is. Still pissed season 3 isn’t on Netflix yet.

Also Marty the Moth is Lucia Underground champion. Never thought I’d see that coming. Guy plays the slime perverted heel so well that you just want to straight up punch him in his face.

Lucha Underground is really what wrestling as a soap opera/crime drama show would be. It’s so over the top campy it’s great.

So 205 “Live”’s viewership went way up last week when it was paired with NXT and MYC, so 3 hours of quality wrestling in 3 different shows on weds. Color me surprised.
