This introductory banner for Sync's looks amazing. Is there any reason I shouldn't throw 50 mythril at it? I'm sitting at 330 right now and planned to save for Lightning sync, but I also don't really know what other banners will be on the christmas fest

Cloud and Lightning are the best ones for physical. I think Ashe is on there too.

Tifa Sync is pretty OP for me but then again I have almost all of her feelings save her glints. YMMV with little guarantee you get it.

I need to stop being lazy and kill water-weak Odin already. Have Strago/Rikku chains, Tidus, Strago, Bartz, and Yuffie Awakenings, and Bartz and Yuffie arcanes.

Raines removed from B2, replaced with Strago.
Rosa B3 items moved to B5. Alphinaud (and Rikku CSB) moved from B5 to B3.
Larsa replaced on B4 with Red XIII.
Seifer added to B5.

Net changes aren't anything bad or punishing compared to JP. But Alphinaud was on two or 3 strong Wind banners in preparation for 5* magicites and Titan, so chasing Lightning's overpowered-ness may have become more of a minefield.

If anything, B2 becomes a stronger focus banner with Strago's inclusion over Raines. Same for B4 as a Ramuh banner, swapping Larsa for Red.

I don't think I'll have enough for any of them. In the new year I'll be looking to save more mythril for these situations. The math I'm seeing shows that we earn 6 mythril from login bonuses + 56/60/62 mythril (2 a day from dailies) then events would be on top of that, so that's something like 100/month?

I should be able to work that that much/month easily enough.

Yeah, mythril income has been ~100/month for a while. Give or take.

We have lost 2-3 mythril from daily bonuses in exchange for the elemental/realm ticket every 15 days now. I think fest months tend to give 150-200 mythril when all is said and done.

Pulled on the X realm on parade in the hopes of getting Seymour chain to make madeen easier. Ended up getting Auron’s gen 2 fire chain. Not sure if I’d use it though because I like using Locke with his gen 1 chain and imperil usb.

Welp, with Raines’ stuff gone from banner 2 there really isn’t anything I feel I need at the moment. I’d like more dark/ice magic to make my runs for those magicite easier.

Should I wait for these banners or pull for elemental 15 mythrils ?

Elemental, though if you have enough to wait for the lucky draws or there's one you like they're worth at least one pull.

Yea there is an Awakening Lucky coming up. So have 25 mithril for that draw. USB and the rest you can probably comfortably pass on.
