Another note about Magia - you can reset it once every 14 days. So Bartz isn't hard locked to an element if you aren't sitting at lvl 500+

Elarra- 30/30 HP, MND, DEF, RES water. Magia MND then HP unless you need her to survive a 9999 hit without triggering Last Stand - you would go HP then MND, and 2x lvl 8 HP boons
Tidus - 30/30 ATK, HP waters. DEF and RES waters if you're swimming in them (probably are). Magia - ATK Magia then if his HP is above 9k after waters, 100 Water ATK then HP
Paine - Same as Tidus
OK - Waters just max if you use him for both phys and magic. Magia is an oddball since he's a hybrid. Used to be MND + HP because of pUSB/mUSB and maxing haste duration (pro/shell/haste is now permament until dispelled or slowed), but now you can go either ATK or MAG for 100, then element for the next 100. Reset when you need to
Bartz - See Tidus for water. 2nd 100 Magia can go into whatever element you need him. Reset as necessary.

I thought elemental attack is useless since it doesn't stack with elemental bonus from gear? Or did they change that?

Edit: looking up original reddit post about magia answered my question, it does stack, unlike elemental resistance, never knew that, time to shift some magia points around.

got a 1500 day ticket this morning and like all the other freebie draws got nothing especially useful out of it. does the devotion login bonus stick around for good? or i guess the correct question is, did it stick around for good in JP? not particularly interested in the tickets but there are a couple of 15 myth bonuses in the pipeline that will come in handy down the line.

Probably not if you have half decent coverage on those elements. You don't even get the currency for sapphires pulling on that banner.

Beats me. But I'd only pull on banners with sapphires on draws now since you need a fair amount of draws to get a character's Unique Ability (or heroic ability, I don't remember the terminology)
