Yup. Ken Wolfe is a piece of shit. Wonder how much he's profited off of the revenue sharing. While Beane has made some bad trades (hi 2 u josh donaldson), I really wonder how many titles he could have won with a team with an actual payroll.

Their best reliever but they always play matchups. No point using your best guy against the 7-8-9 hitters in the 9th if the big situation is in the 7th

Jeffress had the lower ERA, but higher FIP. They're both great (both all-stars) and we had 3 different pitchers with double-digit saves this season - Hader, Jeffress and Knebel. Hader's typically been used in multiple inning situations like today. The usage you saw today is very typical for a high leverage game.
