Had to listen to my coworkers talk about how unfairly Kav was treated and how could she wait so long to report etc. They're so distraught they started yelling towards the end of it because they were upset as Beervanough just from talking.

Well, for me I can't say I watched all 45 minutes (I really don't have that much time and frankly about 15 minutes in I was over it)... but the woman he was interviewing, to me, is a clear example of what is wrong with both sides of the spectrum. You should note that, while she clearly has a lot of trauma she had to deal with, she spends most of the time insulting his intelligence and talking down to him instead of talking to him. It's a perfect example of right-wing opinion that "feelings are not facts".

I mean, she breaks the fuck down when she finds out he actually knows what she was talking about. Her reaction was embarrassed to the extreme and then she starts going nuts.

Well, he is to some extent. He reminds me of Ben Shapiro, where numbers are the only evidence you need.

Common sense would dictate that rape is underreported. For him to say rape culture is a myth because the numbers don't support it is the exact mistake companies make with metrics.

Reports are saying the FBI didnt interview Fords or Kavanaugh. How are you supposed to investigate Fords or Kavanaughs allegations without even talking to them? Lol

They had hours of testimony under oath, she was asked if there was anything she wanted to add and said No.

That's not how an investigation works. There are many other questions the FBI could ask, not even including corroboration between testimony they gathered since the start that they might want to cross reference with hers. There is no good excuse for why they'd release a report days before the due date and they never even talked to the person making the allegation.

I also don't see how rape culture exists. A good common sense and understood definition of "culture" is something like common shared behaviors. Shared being the keyword. Now sure, there is probably a frat somewhere that this behavior is common enough to be a cultural in a sense. But to extrapolate that to U.S society at large? Nonsense.
