Doesn't seem to be targeting that specifically, moreso other pills that can induce abortions without the need for a doctor. They are overturning a decision where that requirement was suspended due to the pandemic. The majority used data from Nebraska and Indiana which still required women to pick up pills in person as a reason to reinstate the requirement nationwide.

This is specifically emoluments. Since he's no longer President there is no longer a question as to whether he can receive emoluments through his businesses.

We aren't in the Minority Report, no one is trying to convict Trump for things he will do in the future as President. They're just looking for any excuse to not touch the issue at all.

Under Ex Parte Young, the Court can only offer prospective relief.
