No, I am mostly thinking of college-educated white people in suburbia. I know a few that were genetically Republican and were performatively disgusted with Trump last election but voted for (and donated to) Trump because "the president doesn't matter" and they wanted a Republican administration. Last I checked up on them, they were committed to not voting this election because everything Trump touches turns to shit. Having a quasi-defensible policy rationale, which they did not until last night, will make going to the polls that much easier for them and now I bet they do it.
Beyond the votes, which will largely come from similar normies, you can imagine two groups of influencers that fit into this template and are affected by this:
1) country-club Republicans (and their donation $) who aren't quite rich enough to actually benefit from Republican fiscal policy but also aren't quite smart enough to realize that fact.
2) conservative intellectuals that flirt with the "never Trump" movement but would stab their mothers for a guaranteed 30 year conservative majority on the supreme court because tax cuts and deregulation are the only gods
