Computer reboots after clicking on link or website.

This is getting annoying. While browsing my computer will shut off like somebody just pulled the cord out of the wall and then do a hard reboot. I first noticed it when I was looking at hotel reviews in google search. It happens as soon as you click a link or a website loads. I have searched and the most common answer is it is a virus. I don't visit an sketchy places and have pretty robust security. I have run several scans and come up with nothing. Another thing I came across is it might have to do with drivers but I have all the latest for everything important.

Power supply could be getting faulty, something is over heating, or there is a short on your motherboard.. really could be more issues than some sort of malicious thing on your pc.
