the best version of the Raptors is the Dubs greatest threat i think. in Siakim Leonard and Danny Green they have excellent switch-everything defenders who can at least make life uncomfortable for everyone from Durant to Curry, and Marc/Ibaka are about as good perimeter defending bigs as one can hope for.

getting out of the East is going to be a nightmare though.

big volume, good shooter, good slasher, increasingly competent playmaker, horrible defensively and a bad decision-maker. so far a heavy calories in a mediocre burrito kinda guy, but only 23 and noticeably improving.

The Golden State Warriors expect to sign former center Andrew Bogut soon, a source told ESPN, although there are formalities that have to be completed before a contract can be signed.

Bogut has to obtain a work visa and get clearance from FIBA before he can sign a contract for the remainder of the season. Bogut completed his season with the Sydney Kings of Australia's National Basketball League on Sunday. A source said Bogut is expected to get FIBA clearance this week, but the work visa could take seven to 10 days to arrive.

It's just because LeBron has said he's fully engaged in playoff mode but he's walking a ball for lazy 3s still.

It's a massive disappointment for the Lakers but apparently making the playoffs in the West after LeBron missed 2 months is harder than dragging the corpse of the Cavs around in the East. But substantively its not like it mattered after they failed to nab AD.
