par for the course for this disaster of an org. Igor was a good coach in Europe, and i think he could have made a good one here, but he got handed a steaming sack of shit of a roster with vets that didn't want to be here, a half dozen rookies expected to play serious roles, and such gaping chasms at PG and PF they eventually settled on just running dual shooting guards and dual small forwards as the best solution for a 2-2-3-3-5 lineup. and to top it off the roster got rocked with injuries to Booker, Oubre, Warren, and Ayton.

and Igor aside the turnover is terrible for young guys' development. all the assistant coaches got axed too making for 5 different coaching staffs in 22-year old Devin Booker's career. he managed to get better amidst that kind of turmoil, very few of our other draft picks did. worst possible environment for young guys trying to learn the game.
