Yep. He's a very good slot receiver or #2 as an underneath guy but he's never had deep speed or really been able to separate. I think he ran like a 4.7 at the combine. The dolphins were smart (for once) to resist his contract demands and get a nice draft pick from the browns.

I'm a bit surprised. Makes sense for Koetter as he's trying to keep his job and needs wins, but really they're better off playing Jameis on the slim chance he turns it around over the second half

Although it also makes sense if they've already decided as a franchise to move on from him and don't want to risk him getting injured and the next-year guarantee that would invoke

If we can apply any logic to the Bucs coaches/FO decision making, which can't be taken for granted, it looks like he's done in TB.

It's similar to the Bortles situation. They benched him because he was sucking ass but they had no choice but to go back to him bc they don't have an alternative.

Can't really go back to Jameis now if you re-install Fitz as the starter
