I enjoyed the opening action sequence. The wings being used as a shield was dope as hell. The rest of Sam’s scenes were just not interesting to me. There’s something awkward as hell about an Avenger being broke. Especially when not even five minutes earlier they mention Sam tinkering with his top secret billion dollar falcon technology lol.

Lang is really the only one to come across as believable in that department since it was already built into his character.

I thought the Bucky stuff was well done. Like Zealot said, he was there to confess after hearing what his date had to say and panicked when he saw the shrine.

I can only assume the money thing is in general they wanna push the new wave of avengers away from the Stark=style huge exploding building with 10 million cars thing, and make their real lives seem less glamorous.

The bank scene made it pretty obvious why, he hasn't had an income for the past 5 years due to being snapped.

Not sure how long after the snap this is supposed to take place, but I feel like the government would have made some changes after people came back to avoid situations like that. He also said that most of the time they didn't get paid a lot as part of the Avengers,it was mostly done out of goodwill and a desire to help.

Not sure about the government contracts, did they say how much he got paid for those? From the bank scene it sounded more like he was going to get paid for them, but that he hadn't yet. And the bank might require more income proof than that if he hadn't gotten paid for them yet.
