That's gotta be it for his career. All this nonsense before finally getting signed, and suffers a massive injury before even suiting up for a game. Even if his rehab goes well he'll be what, 31 or 32 at that point?

That's far from ideal for a WR who relied heavily on his athleticism and has a history of behavior issues.
