I agree. Some of the jobs for SB really got a little too over-the-top for my taste. BLM especially. This round the designs (more or less) seem a little more chill and functional rather than trying to directly translate Amano-esque drawings into actual gear. I hope that is a theme that applies to all the gear, especially tomestone.
I love SAM's body piece, that's gunna end up being a forever glam. Gunbreaker is on point too, that jacket is dope. RDM kinda cutting it close.

SAM is nice, I love RDM but that gear style is literally why I'm always drawn to the class, WAR is probably my favorite iteration of any of its AF
AST, DNC, RDM, WHM and WAR are probably the only ones I'd wear for a while. There's better glams of old AFs for everything else. Except BLM and SCH who constantly get dicked on AF sets.
I like this iteration of AST, even if they're all pretty similar. the solid-looking chestpiece is a nice change. DNC is new and fun. RDM is my favorite iteration thus far. WHM never excites me, but still well done. WAR is just fantastic.
BLM is so-so, it'll probably grow on me. I really like SCH though. the military tactician look never gets old.
RDM looks sick and it's making me reconsider switching to Viera sadly.
Apparently Wildfire got a pretty major overhaul. It only takes Weaponskill damage into account now and will log 150 potency per weaponskill.

Gunbreaker's invuln is kinda concerning actually. If you've ever died after popping Hallowed you'll understand why. Now combine that with voluntarily dropping to 1 HP at the same time. I predict a lot of people trying bigdick dungeon pulls on GNB, dying after popping Superbolide, and not understanding why.
They said their fixing DRG jump animations, leaks also mentioned pet skills having no delay anymore so maybe they'll fix that too
I'll pop it (when none main tank) randomly and attempt to die, and then blame the healers! xD
Or maybe use it as some sort of healer test. Or maybe to build that bit of limit break.
Looking at the ability though you can get healed right away, so I don't really see a big problem unless Seravi Edalborez is talking about the mass of incoming damage vs when the move actually triggers and within that short window of time the incoming damage will kill you because of the "delay". At the same time, it feels like they ran out of ideas; it's the same as hallowed ground, but lasts 8s and also comes with the drawback of going down to 1HP

Fist of fire and air was shown in the monk actions vid. Unless they used the same animations and changed what the skills are

Yeah, in terms of (this) game's design, there's a high chance they simply ended up changing ids in the rework which will show up as being removed, like freeze more than likely got a rework (finally) and we know Dark Arts stills exists, just in a different more FFIV type version.
That leak isn't true though, most of those skills are used in the trailer.
