Borderless windowed, nvcp preferred maximum w/ sync on, frame rate cap 90 is giving me 144 stable. And that..shouldn't be possible. Suffers a bit for borderless but is good enough I guess lol

Only reasoning so far that's been mentioned is something about people threatening to sue SE because their PC failed having uncapped FPS, someone mentioned WOW caused GPU to melt or something from something similar, what I dont get is something that been there for years is not only being capped badly but at a really crap level. Should either match PC's maximum refresh rate or have a 120/144 limit that matches current standards not outdated ones.
