confused question:

Ramza's legend materia "True hero" (Begin the round with a full ATB gauge and remove the delay from the users's action for one turn at the start of battle. Ramza only". I bought this with the new anima thingie. But he doesn't seem to start with full ATB gauge, anyone have this problem or know what it's about? faulty description?

Make sure the material is equipped. Usually you will run him with Mako Might, the LMR, and either USB1 or BSB2 to open a fight. Basically instant buff less than a second into the fight

I have it both equipped and mastered to him, alongside Beoulve Spirit, What you described was pretty much what i planned when I picked it up alongside the battle cry thingie, so I was very puzzled when his atb gauge started with nada, but what would Mako Might do when the gauge is supposed to be full anyway? I suspect I might be misunderstanding something here.

I'm getting fustrated with my Hades attempts. I've succeded once but can't seem to get a win after.

If there are people/abilities that may work outside of this lists let me know, I will go ahead and see if I have them. I have quote a few 99 characters now, these were ones I thought would be pertinent. I don't expect this to be solved first shot out so I'll be keeping an eye on responses.

More hones. R4 Assault sabers. (You're going to need 3x R4+ assault sabers for FFT-??? torment anyways). R4+ Healing Smite. R2 Divine Cross + R4 Guardbringer if you're going with that combo.

DPS is actually low with your current setup. Cecil has no chase + w-cast so you can't rack up chain. Edge is useless in that setup. He is best off running R3+ Stitch in Time + R4+ Quick Hit(?).

Marche would speed up your team BUT you need way more hones. R2/3s don't cut it. Back to the crystal salt mines.

To give you an idea what 5* will throw at you, your minimum hones need to be R4, and you bet you that you will need some R5s with the doublecast USBs and speed up casts from Allegro/Elarra. Palom on my early Typhon clears ate through R5 Voltech + R4 Chain Blizzaga (18 uses + 1 USB cast) in 32 seconds.

Perfect. I believe I'm sitting on a lot of crystals. I'll see what I can do to increase these to R4/R5. I had stopped at R3 just because it was all I needed but I will go about upgrading these.

The one clear I did get was 54s. So I knew I was already low on DPS. I'll go through that and see what I can do and update later.

My original hades clear team actually used Arc’s pblink SSB and it made a huge difference. Blanks some really annoying move, I think it’s a group stun or slow effect? If you have it, might be worth slotting him in and swapping edge for marche.

Hades has the Black Cauldron abiity that inundates the party with a few status ailments. Think Bad Breath of Marlboro fame.

I have enough SB crystals for the forge i could purchase that SB and slot Arc in to replace Rosa. Does her magic blink do much but avoid damage?

Nearly everything pierces defenses so skip godwall and RW Fabula Heal/Mage. Still pack the appropriate Shell and/or Protect for each of the weaknesses. Every element weakness is a different AI sequence.

I'm going to try my fire team Terra Awakening/Arcane/Glint+Sora USB+Awakening, Greg Fire Chain, and Balthier USB+Arcane. I'll only slot protect for the Turn 10/20 non-pierce hit.

So, in order to unlock Odin, you need to have beaten all the 5* Magicites? And this is only available for a month?
