She regularly makes truthy statements and puts out goals as policies. I understand the criticism of her, but at least she comes by her inexperience and ignorance honestly and is well intentioned.

one interesting facet of your article was the conflict between the definition of a living wage. i was actually unaware the standard leftist economic point was a single wage needed to comfortably sustain a family of four, which seems a little 1950s archaic given the (mostly) end of sexist barriers to the work force. i had actually just considered it to be what a single worker needed to make to sustain themselves, the viewpoint of the bachelor vs the family man eh.

It's really the amount of money needed to maintain whatever household you are in - definition varies by household size, therefore it's actually quite complicated to determine whether or not the majority of workers are paid a living wage (for their living situation).

But it's simple to determine whether the majority of Americans are paid a living wage - because the median American makes under 5k a year, so obviously the majority do not.
