No idea what they are thinking. Lots of Titans' fans wanted him gone, already, but most figured we would give Mariota an OC more than 1 year, for once. I almost never heard his voice when I went to open training camps. Came off as a nervous wreck at almost all times. He must have killed it somehow in the interview. He doesn't seem remotely ready for a HCing job, esp. one commanding Aaron Rodgers.

Wow I completely forgot he was the QB coach with the falcons. He did get a lot of credit when he was here.

Coaching hires always feel like a crapshoot anyway.

He didn't call plays at either team. I imagine the QBs liked him because he was around their same age lol. IMO this ensures AR12 never wins another ring again.
