There's a reason it's had the #1 spot on MAL since it came out. Say what you want about the ratings on that site, they at least got that one right.

Don't know if I could place an all time favorite. Lost Universe, Full Metal Panic, Tenchi Universe, Dominion Tank Police, Chrono Crusade, Elfen Lied, and Vampire Hunter D all have a special place in my heart though.

For me I have it based on genre, like best romance, action, mecha, drama, ect, and then best overall general. Overall for me is Cowboy Bebop, which is no controversy there, but I'm sure some of my other favorite shows would be. So if we want to go down that route I'll try my best to list those too haha.

Fucking loved Shin-chan. It always takes me back to when me and wifey lived paycheck to paycheck in a tiny ass apt watching it at like 2 in the morning lol.

I’d say Scryed holds a special place in my heart. Kazuma the Shell Bullet is still one of the most relatable characters I’ve ever seen for me personally. And the OST is simply amazing.

Good pick, actually. I'd probably pay a whole lot of money just to watch Wrath tear up some more battlefields all by himself.

Honestly, I might have to pick TTGL as well, or maybe FMA: Brotherhood, at least for action/adventure types of series.

Comedy, I'd probably go with Nichijou or Gintama.
