step 2: upper leg: pass cleaning tool down and then pass over upwards. Proceed until the entire leg has been given a onceover. estimated time: 13 seconds
step 3: Wash knee and back of knee. estimated time: 7 seconds
step 4: repeat step 2 on lower leg. estimated time: 10 seconds
step 5: pass cleaning tool over heel, bottom of foot, top of foot, and between toes. estimated time: 15 seconds
