RE: circular cause, there must always be a future Steve that travels into the past to live out his life, but that future Steve himself must have gone through time with an even more future Steve, etc. It means there's an inherent loop in time.

When they first showed his daughter, I was expecting them to go the 'choose between saving trillions or having your daughter' route and I'm so glad they did not.

Solid ending man, happy with that for sure. Surprised about Tony, I thought he would definitely be that mentor figure for Peter moving forward with his series/movie(s). Surprised that Bucky isn't succeeding Cap. Not surprised at the girl power scene, am surprised at how OP captain marvel is, also not surprised Disney got a, "gay is ok" message in there too.

So how is 2019 Nebula alive if she killed 2014 Nebula? And the original snap still happened despite 2014 Thanos being dead. And does this mean all Marvel movies going forward will be real time +5? It seems like they are living in the alternate reality The Ancient One told Hulk about, they just made sure no other realities besides this new one and the original were created.

Also I didn't see Agent Carter but it seems like the issue of her husband was kept ambiguous, and Cap's timeline is now: gets frozen -> loses 70 years -> Endgame -> lives the rest of his life out in the past and will live to see himself get unfrozen, join the Avengers, etc.

So how is 2019 Nebula alive if she killed 2014 Nebula?

They're effectively two different people. The movie says that going back in time does not allow you to change your past.

You cant change the past, so I presume a new timeline was created, and there timeline just includes moments where they went to another, new, timeline to borrow the stones. That new timeline now continues being none the wiser.

The ancient one probably means removing the stones would destabilize the timeline, but aside from that new timelines are nbd.

Well, presumably that timeline will be significantly different now that there is no Thanos to wipe out half the universe, but we don't care about what happens there~

When the portals started opening up after the snap, I had to check my watch to know how much more badassery was left, and was floored when there was still almost an hour left. It only made me more excited cause I knew there was time to flesh out the biggest fight yet and not rush it.

I was honestly surprised there was still another 20-25 minutes after the final battle.

I really liked that scene with Happy and Morgan. It was a perfect piece for the audience still mourning Tony, but also acknowledgment for Jon Favreau getting a scene for him to shine. He, along with RDJ, were the whole reason this journey had the chance to begin and it was nice to see him get his moment in Endgame.

Not being able to change your past was done by DBZ in a way. Trunks goes back in time to save Goku but his timeline is still fucked despite him changing the past. Let's not get started on Deadpool time travel shenanigans either (even though that's a Fox thing).

Had a bunch of people crying when IM passed on. Thought it'd be Captain America. Movie kept me so engrossed after they killed 2019 Thanos that I was actually surprised that 3 hours passed when the movie ended. Owe it to myself to see the few Marvel movies I missed.
