Lot of reviews are out saying it's great. Biggest nitpick seems to be frame rate issues in the overworld when playing in hand held mode since the entire map is rendered and not just screen by screen in the original

After watching the DF video, Resolution fluxes between 1080p & 720p and Framerate between 60 & 30, there is no consistency.

The issue is apparently not a problem if you play a digital copy, physical only seem to have that issue.

Seems to only do that during zone transitions though (swamp -> forest) and not every screen break when compared to the original. Like walking around different "screens" in Maybe Village wont cause the jump, but Maybe to the Lost Woods will.

Im going to chalk this up being Grezzo's first offering on the Switch. Their track record suggests their next outing will be a lot cleaner.

I didn't see a dip below 30 though. The issue seems that it goes 60 > 30 > 60 so quickly moreso than the actual drop itself.

Im not sure how much of what was done for Seed of Courage exists separate from what was included into Ages/Seasons. It was nipped fairly early in development from what I recall, so there may not be a whole lot there and making a 3rd game from scratch may as well just start a new Zelda "handheld" title altogether.

Yup, i think it’s a graphical glitch or something, like one didn’t render fully. Or maybe it’s where the original GB game’s hearts ended.

Beat the game yesterday, i was in tears how amazing this game is, i can’t believe i remembered it from beginning to end.
