Arizona released Mike Glennon and Antoine Bethea
rule change proposals (unlikely any will pass this year):
all plays reviewable, including penalties
both teams guaranteed an overtime possession
giving teams the option to convert a 4th and 15 instead of an onside kick
4th and 15 seems too easy, relatively

The new onside kick format is fuckin impossible even tho the Bears pulled it off flex
Absurd if they don’t do something about reviewing penalties based on the way the NFC championship game ended
yeah the percentage of succeeding a 4th/15 is way too easy compared to attempting an onside kick
i don’t see why they can’t just let teams have a running start if it’s clearly an onside kick situation
yes it affects “surprise” onside kicks but whatever
Running start probably leads to more concussions and bitches keep making football worse, so they won’t do that.
I mean, we do need to reduce concussions as much as possible if we don't this sport to be completely outlawed

It’s going to be hard to salvage the onside kick with the rules as they stand. I’m all for proposing an alternative, but I just think a chance at 4th and 15 is way too easy.
Read that it would only be one chance at it and only in the 4th quarter. Even then it still feels like a bullshit comeback factor you’d find in a new capcom fighting game lol.
