Considering VF is my favorite fighting game series the block button has never really bothered me.

It's mostly just that they're not good games mechanically that is a turn off. Paired with the awful system for unlocking content (needing to be online and loot box style unlocks), hell nah.

Getting rage messages from MK players is always fun, but I think I'm gonna skip this one. The character movesets look gutted compared to 9/X, even including what you get from variations (which look like a mess atm). Costumes and whatnot being locked behind always online, pay-to-skip lootbox grind is bullshit in a retail game too. Also, no smoke. Maybe when the complete version is ~$15 on steam in a year.

Mk11 will be just as dead as 9/10 were after a couple of months. It’s the same garage tier animations, hit boxes, and dial-a-combo nonsense. Stiff as a god damn board. I’ll assume there is still a button used to block, lol.

The animation has been marginally improving from 9 to 11. Keep your hopes up for MK26. That shit should look and move amazing by than.

Tekken 7 has been blowing the fuck up lately. We're at 2 years since it released on consoles/PC and its entrant numbers just keep going up.

They fucking killed it with season 2, every one of the characters is viable and has dope combos.
