SF5 having that slot is at Capcoms request apparently they want to have their top 8s around then because its the best time for an international audience.

I'm really hoping they have it as a launch title for PS5/XboxWhatever. That has to be the reason that they completely abandoned SFV updates.

I'm guessing it will be a launch title or shortly after launch of next gen consoles as well. I'm still skeptical about Capcom turning things around though even though I hope they can court the SF4 base back and make a good game with a good cast again SFVs cast it just awful for the most part.

SFxT and MvCI failed and are dead... and there are no amount of changes to SFV that can fix what makes the game trash.

Well, I mean... Shodown is a tactical fighter.

When landing a single heavy deals 33%, and 2 Super Combos = KO, both players have to be careful as shit.
They wait for their opponent to give them and opening and punish them for it. The first blunder loses.
It is no blistering Arc Systems glitz parade. Infinite juggles and dream cancels mean dick to Shodown.

Its pace is slow by design, so it will look innately slower when you compare it to anything else in the tourney. Except Tekken.

Why is there ANOTHER blonde female in this game and why does she look like the most basic, bland SF character ever added? Looks like they spent $30 and 2 hours creating her.

And how in the holy hell did they fuck up Poison's face so bad? Like you would have to purposely try to screw up that bad....

Honda's coming back? Might have to reinstall the game and check it out when available. Deleted it shortly after Alex got released. Having Honda as my main back in the original, was always bummed that he rarely made the cut in other games.
