I don't know if it's the internet or life or what but my ability to focus on anything has been shot to hell over the past year. I can't keep myself from getting distracted at work and I can't focus on anything of actual importance. I'll do two things at work and then the moment I need to wait while a website loads or something I pull out my phone and spend 10 minutes looking at nothing.
Does anyone know of any exercises or programs made to boost focus and concentration? I'm not ruling out drugs at this point either.
