SUPER random question but I'm trying to get in touch with someone in HR for Aldi's, the grocery chain with the minimalist design. They don't have anything listed and their website only directs you to customer service (and they refuse to give out a number for HR).

I need to bring a pretty urgent matter regarding one of their employees to their attention and it carries some potentially big legal liability, so I don't want it going to the same guy who answers questions about bananas not being ripe enough. Anyone have any insight on how to get in touch? An email address maybe?

Aldi's business model minimizes employees. That is why there is no one in stores to manage the employees or answer the phones, which might also be how you get whatever behavioral problem you witnessed.

I have proof that one of their DMs is engaging in some behavior that's illegal and some other behavior that isn't but violates corporate guidelines and is using company property to do it, and I have a vested interest in nailing this person to a wall so I want to make sure the info gets where it needs to go.

Why not tell Customer Service that you require the contact information for their agent for service processing regarding a legal matter? Most will shit their pants at that point and get you to someone who will be able to do something.

Because I'm not suing, I have no personal action I could bring and from a legal perspective there's a much higher chance of the company taking action than any consequence happening through the justice system.

I could think of a few reasons, myself. Sale of drugs or sex are up there, but also wouldn't rule out renting backroom space to people to sleep in, possible charities fraud, or even some misappropriation of goods that "fell off the truck" or get reported stolen, but really weren't. The snag is obviously some parts being illegal, while others not really being company policy (or likely common sense).
