I dunno what it is about Atelier games, but I always end up finishing them. They're great games for me to unwind with.

Plus the soundtracks are usually pretty awesome.

They are just so slow and animation repetitive; been Gust's MO almost from the start. Character designs are top notch though.

I just started Ryza 2 and this one especially has surprised me with some field tracks from the very beginning

I started playing around with the new auto equip function, and the results were all over the place. Saw some huge stat drops on some chars, others it wasn't too bad. At least most of my weapon choices made some sense. Picked up a copy of Kazuha as well. I wrapped up the Aranara quests and exploration, working on the pyramid and other Sumeru area exploration which is the stuff that came out around the time I started. Also capped out fame in all the cities, so now it's time to start thinking of what is easiest to farm for weekly quests. I guess Fontaine seemed the easiest to burn through when I was doing fame there.

Yeah, usually the newest area will be the easiest, as they seem to be making them less of a chore with each iteration
