God damn, outside of maybe Rose, has anyone as good as Boogie just absolutely have their body implode like this over the course of 3 seasons?

Boogie's career is pretty much over now unless he goes vet min and rides the bench...having a quad, Achilles AND ACL torn in the same leg...I personally wouldn't sign him.
I would value walking over playing at this point if I were him.
Guy can't catch a break. And the one year he was supposed to get his gimme ring, KD and Klay also went down
Oh he caught a break...just all the wrong ones.
Looks like Sacramento and New Orleans both made the right decision though.
Lakers have requested permission to talk to Dwight Howard.
I hope they are hiring Kobe to sit on the sidelines and scream "SOFT" everytime he screws up.
What's even more funny is that the Lakers have NO ONE to use as a trade...if I was the Grizzlies I wouldn't let him go... I would play hardball. At this point, Grizzlies have nothing to lose and everything to gain out of this talk.
Clippers are in a precarious situation too with PG13 and #2 both needing tons of load management. If one of them fall, then they will be screwed to... both LA teams have leveraged their future for now...and Lakers is the 1st team to have it come haunt them.
This truly is a weird timeline...Howard is a Laker again, but from what is being reported, it is a non-guaranteed contract and they can cut him if he doesn't show that he has changed.
Team USA first loss in 13 years this morning in their second exhibition against Australia

i'm sure they'll give more of a shit during the Olympics but it's the exact same lesson learned in 2004. US is no longer so far ahead of the rest of the world to waltz to gold sending our jayvee squad.
i love how a lineup of nba backups/roleplayers/castoffs can just have the right synergy to beat a team full of stars.
basketball is just amazing.
I agree with your point but this team doesn't have a single star (they didn't bring Trae Young up from the select team )
The best players are probably Kemba/Khris Middleton/Tatum/Donovan Mitchell
But yeah, Aussies that have chemistry can knock off our superior talent and athleticism

all the national teams have been playing together for years and years while our squad prolly stepped on the court together for the first time in practice last month, ain't ever gonna match the chemistry and continuity.
i'd consider kemba and mitchell to be stars but i get your point.
DeMarcus Cousins supposedly threatened to have a bullet put in his ex-gf's head for not letting his son go to his wedding.

you shouldn't threaten to murder people

These dudes really shouldn't settle down until they retire lol

Kobe recently said that if Shaq had a better work ethic that he would have been the greatest of all time and that they would have had twelve rings together. (Shaq said they would have had those rings if Kobe passed more.)
Would a Lakers with a fully dedicated Shaq challenge a hypothetical Bulls team that never had MJ retire?
If Shaq didn't leave and he and Kobe found a way to coexist, but Shaq remained lazy, could the Lakers have gotten any more titles while Shaq aged and the Lakers transitioned to Kobe's team?

someone posted the numbers kobe had in some of those games that shaq was talking about, and he was 100% correct, lmao.
