Summer 2019 Anime

Just started watching Symphogear S1 and shit is lit. It's like Nanoha except more hardcore. I can't wait to watch the rest, it goes by so fast like most shounen series. I mean it's slightly campy but that does not detract from its greatness at all, more like adds to it like how Jojo is better the more over the top it is lol.

Another we're watching this season is Astra Lost in Space. That's a good sci-fi. Reminds me of pretty much every other good sci-fi, watching it immediately made me feel like watching Firefly or Star Trek or rewatching Voltron so yeah it does a good job evoking its genre but is also a good example of the genre itself so far.

Season 1 is rough at first but really good, season 2 is super lit, season 3 is good, season 4 just takes it to 100 and season 5 takes it to 10000.

Danmachi isn't bad. Joshikousei no Mudazukai is really light and fun. Good mindless comedy

Symphogear is like a transformers movie...uhh just don't think about it look pretty lights and flashing colours! I just can't get into it, the only thing that stuck out for me about it is the horrible Engrish.

Gonna 2nd Vinland Saga, shit's just been amazing so far but other than that there's nothing noteworthy. What a dud of a season. Oh, demon girl show is cute and funny as well.

I will 3rd Vinland Saga, and thank god they got rid of the horrible Engrish after season 1 in Symphogear. It’s a simple story, more fun i guess if you’re into Sentai/Kamen Rider, there’s influences from that from time to time. Those season 5 transformations tho are in-fucking-credible
