Wingstop is expensive but I think the doneness of the wings and the sauce variety is pretty good. Near Atlanta I would choose Taco-Mac for wings but I tried to pick something that at least had regional multi-state presence. None of the rest of my list is really sauce/flavored. Also I'm rating on bone-in wings not boneless. Buffalo Wild Wings is pretty much equivalent in my mind and I probably should have put them up there but they aren't as much of a take-out/fast food place.
Chik-Fil-A is better tasting but I find it's not worth the price usually; Wendy's punches above their size on that front.
For people in SoCal, the Knott's Berry Farm restaurant by far has the best cast iron skillet fried chicken if you want to include sit down wait for your meal places.
