I’m also conflicted over Chick-fil-A. It was an easy tool to troll with.

I still haven't had the Popeye's sandwich and I really want one.

Chick File A is any easy target since the company has always held it's religious roots on it's sleeve. And being just a fucking restaurant, much simpler to boycott
Yeah ain't fucking with Nestle.
I grabbed the last miniature candy bar left over in my office candy bowl on the way out tonight. It was a Baby Ruth, one of my favorites. It's made by Nestle.
Sorry dudes, I ate it anyway.
You didnt pay for it, therefor you didnt give Nestle money, and someone else would have taken the chocolate bar.
The worst economical protest was the "dont buy gas on X day" protest. "If no one buys gas on this day, all the gas companies will lose money on the day, and it'll let them know we dont appreciate the cost of gas going up exponentially".
Theyre still using the gas in their car to get around, and anyone who wasnt going to buy gas on X day will buy it the next day, alongside everyone who was going to buy it on that day.
it's relatively irrational to boycott major companies due to their practices, but that's the problem with major companies.
if only we could find a way to boycott major governments..
That chocolate was dead slave bodies they had to ditch.

Late to the party but today I had my first Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich for lunch and it was indeed very good. I think I still prefer the flavor of Chick-fil-A spicy chicken over this but the cut of meat you get with Popeyes sandwich is significant so it has that in its favor for sure.
popeyes sandwich is better. I'm just not getting stabbed for it. Now, if they made it with the lettuce/tomato combo like the spicy deluxe, it's fucking over.
Yeah I just had my first one too. The patty is definitely the best bar none but it's pretty spartan on toppings.

Not a chicken sandwich but BEHOLD
McDonald’s is launching new products in September, including Spicy McNuggets breaded with tempura made of cayenne and chili peppers. They will launch alongside it a Mighty Hot Sauce for dipping combining crushed red pepper, spicy chili, and savory garlic. And for dessert, they will launch a Chips Ahoy! McFlurry, featuring vanilla soft serve, caramel topping, and Chips Ahoy! cookie pieces.
I will try these all for science.
I stan for Whataburger but their spicy chicken sandwich is a HUGE disappointment. No kick at all. Just a regular ass chicken sandwich. My day is ruined and my disappointment immeasurable.
