Yeah, no, I don't think they shouldn't be in the Rose Bowl. I just think it's a joke how nobody really lost anything, yet I'm fairly certain if tOSU, LSU, or OU would've lost, they obviously would've been punished. Granted, even typing that now, I guess LSU and Ohio State probably woulda stayed in the Top 4.

I just think it sucks that championship games are looked at as basically bonus games that don't mean much? Kinda dumb.

Only other contender for Sugar was Bama, and a Tua less Bama with the same LSU loss simply isn't as attractive as UGA in the Sugar. In all honestly, getting to play Baylor in a game neither program honestly cares about when your goal is in a different castle just doesn't excite as much in the playoff era.

I mean what? A Mac Jones led Alabama still put up 45 on a team LSU scored 23 on, in their own place, so.. I don't think Bama really missed him totally. Granted, the two pick 6's killed them, but still.. the offense as a whole had no issues moving up and down the field. It's their defense that cost them the season overall.

I still think Bama beats a lot of teams up there in the New Year Six bowls. Hell, as an Auburn fan, I think it's a shame our schedule was such a fucking chore. We beat the Pac 12 champ, and end up in the Outback bowl, lol. Shit sucks, and CFB sucks, but what are ya gonna do I guess.
