Not all of them. Judge is going to spend 30 day to to decide on 5 of them I think? 12 of the 17 got dismissed.

Holy shit that's REALLY bad. Mindblowingly bad idea. I can only imagine what would happen to a Disney voice actor if they posted something like this with a Disney character on their own youtube channel. The DBZ characters being anime and Japan having no fucking clue this is a thing are the only thing stopping this from being a huge problem. I heard Toei was pissed when they found out that these voice actors were doing raunchy skits as their characters, imagine how pissed they would be at the unauthorized use of Vegeta to promote some politician lol.
It's ok if some rando does it. When the OFFICIAL VOICE ACTOR does it...it's a problem.

Except parody does fall under fair use. Weird Al is another example. He only asks permission as it's a moral thing for him but he's full within his right to parody any music he wants.
Mel Brooks is another example. You think star wars or robin hood prince of thieves got anything more than hey this guy wrote a parody comedy of our movies?

Except its not enough to just claim your doing a parody you have actively be commenting on the work itself while using only enough of the material to make your point. Weird Al has this weird thing going where some of his songs legit fall under fair use and others don't and he's actually had to pull back before under label pressure.
