Most guaranteed contract ever for a non-QB and I think it was a no-brainer. Other players and agents notice when team ownership keeps their word and takes care of their stars

It's not really about that, more that someone else would be willing to give him more guarantees I'd imagine. We've established he's crazy and volatile, so why go somewhere with zero tolerance for antics? He can get away with more with cowboys, Redskins, texans, etc

Fines are taken out of paychecks. Since the Raiders never gave him any pay he shouldn't owe anything (unless somehow the Raiders resigned him maybe?)
