i've been playing on pc. since i never played destiny 2 ages ago, my destiny 1 account wasn't transferable so i lost my stuff, but i didn't really care one way or another. been playing since it went free tho with a few friends, have done all the raids, gotten a couple neat things (thousand voices from last wish last week, its okay, kinda w/e tho), and some other stuff. almost done with the 21%, have the recluse.. almost done with a few other things, but yeah.

game seems ok. def wouldn't be playing if it weren't free tho. was lucky enough a friend got me forsaken/shadowkeep tho, so that's been nice.

i think my steam id is akiyamacakeman iirc, if anyone wants to search me up or w/e, i'd be down to run stuff over the weekend.

The tracking or healing?

Overshield loss makes a lot of other exotics bump ahead of it though. It's no longer the go to exotic.

The healing and damage bonuses are still best in field for Titan and tracking through walls is a useful tool to have. Getting an overshield in the rare situation where I kill someone in a 1v2 or 1v3 and get to have an upper hand against the remaining targets wasn't on top of my list of reasons to care about OEM. it gives a shit load of bonuses just for having it on and doing what I normally do in pvp, take damage and kill people.

The healing is still going to be in return fire for the target you're tracking, that damaged you, so it's not like you're getting some awesome boost off each kill.

It does have a cool down.

The bonus damage isn't reducing the shots to kill except in very rare situations.

Soooooooo, ya.

Not trying to rain on your parade, but it really did drop like a rock on the usefulness list compared to other exotics PvP wise.

I get it's nice to get it, but you really did get it at a shitty time. Don't feel bad man. I got Not Forgotten like a week or two before the nerf. It happens.

And that "rare," 1v2 or 3v1 you forced, so it wasn't rare. That's what made it OP. You knew you could commando in and wreck shit regardless of how many opponents there were. It was broken af.

Edit: even in a 1v1 scenario you became damn near unkillable for your next victi-er, target.

Other exotics like what though? I've never been impressed by a Titan exotic before. The closest I've gotten was something like armamentarium with fusions or wyrmgod's caress against absolute potatoes that give me enough time to build a 4+ melee killstreak within 10 seconds

Skullfort, Synthoceps, heart if inmost fire, dunemarchers, mk 44s, lion rampart.

Depends on build and style, but you'd get more use out of most of those.

They're not flashy, but effective.

OEM was flashy because it was op.

Edit: This is all my opinion of course. I spend the least amount of time on my titan than anything else. It's just not in the same league as hunter and warlock for PvP.

Titans, compared to other classes don't have that many good exotics, epecially exotics that are always active.
