He may be 40, but he'd still easily be a third or fourth line on just about any team besides maybe Tampa and Washington.

I mean, I get why they'd want to tweak it to help keep teams competitive, but they should keep it as it is because a)it's fucking fantastic publicity for the league, and b)the last 2 cases I can think of resulted in the team using the EBUG winning (Caroline with this recent doode, and I think a couple years back with that guy in Chicago)
