Good to hear. I haven't caught up with that one yet but the first couple episodes were just okay for me. It definitely has potential though.

As far as "can I please stop liking isekai there are way too many" I've actually been really enjoying "Didn't I say to make my abilities average?" At first I called it budget trash Konosuba but it grew on me with every episode and now I really like it. Nothing mindblowing, but quite funny and cute in its own way. I feel like it had a bad first episode and gets better with ep2. Also the OP got stuck in my head >_>

honestly they've changed so much from the Light novel and whatnot I was a bit worried, but I agree it's still OK lol

This is a bit of a shame. And from what I know of the Konosuba LN, it's getting close to finishing too. At least the movie will be out soon and it covers a pretty fantastic arc in the LN.

Yeah it feels similar but the misfits this time don't have a great dynamic like in Konosuba and the story pacing feels horribly off. I'll probably check it out after it's done because there are moments that make me laugh, but so far it's all the same joke really.

Speaking of the Konosuba movie, Fathom events doing screenings next week, Nov 12 & 14. Theater availability depends on how close you are to a city. Place near me is sold out except for like 5 seats in the front row. Pass for me.

Yeah the first couple episodes are kind of meh, but as it goes on and they introduce more characters, it's become way more fun. Today's episode in particular was great, especially Goddess of War Adenela

Saw the Konosuba movie last night at my local theater. Absolutely amazing, had me laughing the entire way through. I’ll definitely want to watch it again!

This series deserves better animation quality. It's probably the most enjoyable for me this season despite not being anything spectacularly different.

It's showing on Monday in Vancouver... but my last couple experiences watching an anime movie in theatres were not good >_>

I really want to watch it but I think I'll just wait until I can watch it in the peace of my own solitude
