Which ties into the september call ups as well. The last month of the season is always painful when you have bullpens running 15+ pitchers deep.

Giant's are having a ten year anniversary of their first world series win and they told Huff he's not invited. He's bitching and moaning about political correctness as the reason of him not being invited. Among his tweets, he said he'd arm his kids and take them to gun ranges if Bernie Sanders becomes president, advocated the kidnapping of Iranian women if we go to war, and i'm sure he's said some homophobic shit. Kinda hilarious being that he literally had a mental breakdown on the field and had to retire cause his wife divorced him.
And so it begins. Judge missed batting practice due to what they’re calling “shoulder maintenance.”
Also, Brett Gardner is sending sexual signals to a fan who claims to be his future wife.
That Gardner story is hilarious and terrifying considering how many athletes/celebrities probably go thru some form of this shit. Also noteworthy is Trout has spoke on the Astros and he's obviously not thrilled. I honestly can't wait for this season to start. The Tigers don't get the Astros at home until August 24th. Closest game in driving distance would be Cleveland and that's the last Mon/Tue of June.
edit: Blue Jays stadium is a five hour drive so really not that much further than Cleveland. Could potentially go there third week of May. I've always wanted to go to Toronto too.
William hill sports book set the odds of Astros getting beaned at 83.5 for the over/under.
To put that in perspective, the average team got hit 66 times last year.

Astros season ticket holders are suing the club regarding something like false advertising a "premium product" because they are cheaters. Jack Flaherty basically saying he's going to bean them. Markakis has spoken out. Tons of people pissed at Manfred. This is not going away and it's great to see current players not only talking but saying they are pissed. I know it's easy to say this as a random internet poster but if I was a player and even if I was threatened with a fine I'd speak my mind and pay it. I know athletes don't want to just give away their money to talk some shit (NBA players after refs are garbage) but this is different in that it's not about individual teams/players and a single game they played where they could basically expect a fine. What's Manfred going to do, fine every player every time they do an interview or tweet they are pissed? Good luck with that.
the Yankees don’t have a home game against the Astros until september, am sad
The 21st. No way in hell I’m missing that game lol.
Mike Bolsinger, a former MLB pitcher who is now in Japan is suing the Astro's. His one start was against them, got completely shelled, and was immediately demoted after the game because of it. https://www.washingtonpost.com/opini...918a_story.htm
Atlanta Braves outfielder Nick Markakis has joined the chorus blasting the Houston Astros over their sign-stealing scandal, telling reporters "every single guy over there needs a beating."
"It's anger," Markakis told reporters of his reaction to the Astros' scandal and the ensuing response. "I feel like every single guy over there needs a beating. It's wrong. They're messing with people's careers."
Lebron even saying his piece now. I love it.
It’s a good thing Chinese money isn’t involved.
I already can’t stand the fucking Nike swooshes on the uniforms.
Severino has been recommended Tommy John surgery.
OH GOOD
Stanton has a calf strain and might miss the start of the season.
The hits just keep on coming for the Yankees
https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/...-pitch-5-gamesAlex Bregman becomes 7th Astros player hit by pitch in 5 games
I'm willing to bet the first batter of the regular season gets beaned.
