Jeter's defense at a prime defensive position was mediocre at best, and for all the "he's a great leader" shit his failure to move to 3b when they acquired a far superior defensive shortstop in ARod is bad leadership.

In jeters case, only one. There have been past writers who have admitted as such, which is why people like Ted Williams, Babe Ruth, Kem Griffey Jr, among a plethora of others who should have all been unanimous that were left off of ballots.
