it is all good i was earnestly just wondering why you objected to a poverty reduction method (which ostensibly is the point of reparations) when you are very anti-poverty in your political positions, but color specificity was the answer. to which i agree for what it's worth, any anti-poverty measures ought be defined by class not race.

It would significantly improve the average life outcomes of people in the recipient group and their children (unclear if you meant adults only or not, but either way) relative to the baseline.
