    6 months to plan to share the person's duty between others, and then the person is gone 3 to 6 months, and then they come back and are at 95% as they pump a couple times a day like the cows they are.

    NY has paid family leave for up to 12 weeks, but you need to do a combination of disability and their FMLA or sometimes a workers comp or something? I forget. Can be used for paternity leave as well.
