This is the new lineup:
12:00 AM - Dragon Ball Super <sigh>
12:30 AM - Paranoia Agent
1:00 AM - Mob Psycho 100
1:30 AM - Black Clover
2:00 AM - Ballmastrz: 9009
2:15 AM - Ballmastrz: 9009
2:30 AM - Naruto Shippuden
So unless your REALLY like Black Clover for some reason there is no reason to watch Toonami or even DVR it right now.
I was looking for this lineup for few days and its worse than I thought. Hopefully they are just doing this since not a lot of new shows are getting dubbed with covid going on still. Wonder what the ratings are going to be now that the only show with "new" episodes is going to Black Clover, and are they not reaching close to where the dub had to take a break due to covid as well? Know they just said they resumed recently too.
Annoyed there's this old pool of shows they could reach into, but do... this. Swear they want the block to die and covid finally gave them an excuse.
Like, I'm just thinking of shows that haven't wound up on Netflix at some point or weren't on Amazon when I waded through their offerings in the past. There ARE options, but they just don't want to pay up.
Fucking hell enough Dragon Ball. Can't they just get the license some older stuff like Yu Yu Hakusho, Ruroni Kenshin, Gundam, etc?
Doesn't Dragon Ball Super give them their highest ratings?
Theres a good chance it did when it was premiering the English dub, since at the time Funimation wasnt updating them on their app when they were being released on Toonami. However after its first run I am not sure how well DBS would do ratings wise, it all depends where they would start too.

Got to say, these part 1 and part 2 Batman movies are pretty damn great so far, do miss Kevin Conroy being Batman but it makes sense they changed since this is a older version.
*EDIT*
Movie over now, felt like both parts were pretty good batman movies, still way better than most recent DC batmans in awhile.
I doubt most casuals even known what Shenmue is.
I only know about it because it was a supposed hidden gem on the DC, but more for the EGS exclusivity meltdown.
The third Crunchyroll and Adult Swim collaboration, based on the classic SEGA Dreamcast game series, will be a 13 episode series with animation production from Telecom Animation Film (Tower of God, Lupin the Third: Part 5), directed by Chikara Sakurai (Magimoji Rurumo, One-Punch Man Season 2). Shenmue creator and game designer Yu Suzuki will act as Executive Producer for the project.
I thought I would give it a few episodes before I judged it. I don't like Assassination Classroom. >.> The concept is one of the dumbest I've ever seen. I'm sure it will make sense later on in a way only anime can but blarg.

I need to marathon the originals. I just can't stand to hear Sonny Strait's voice anymore.
