He-Man & The Masters of The Universe Episode 9-10.
Man what a finale that was. It had action, high stakes, heroes pushed to the edge. It was really something. It has to be said Skeletor is such damn giga chad menace.

    Skeletor:
    > Beats He-Man
    > Broke the Sword of Power
    > Drowns the children
    > Put his minions in their place after a failed coup (classic Skeletor move).
    > Took over Randor's army and seized the kingdom. Skeletor wasn't fucking around.

Even after losing their powers for a brief moment, He-man and his friends were still willing to push and keep going. Reforging their weapons, becoming stronger together and bringing the fight back to Skeletor and they still lost. This season ends with Skeletors win and victory of the kingdom. Grayskull relocated to a random area. What happens next is ones guess, but I am actually looking forward for more. An honest fun ride. An 8/10 show so far.

This was a really good reboot. Plainly made for kids but really entertaining and fun. Tons of nostalgia and nods to the 80s series. Great action and anime style power ups/attacks. Some super corny lines and reused animation (just like the 80s ). My 7yr old son loved it. I hope Netflix funds season 2. The only real downside to all this is that Adora/She-Ra clearly isn't part of this universe Perhaps its' because there was a She-Ra only series not too long ago. Oh well.

My son and I finished season 2 tonight. This really is a great reboot/reimagining of the series.
