That seems weird. I thought their timeline said more old monsters (plural) were going to be introduced.

Think this might just mean more the end of "story" content since they've been building up to whatever monster this is (probably Fatalis)

It does seem weird we only have one arch tempered monster so far. I was expecting at least all the new elder dragons to have one.

But yeah, Fatalis would be a cool way to end the major updates.

Just looked at the roadmap and they said for Fall 2020 a new monster. So maybe this is it after all.

The Elder Melder can now make Elementless, Shield, Sharp, Dragonseal, Mighty Bow, and Mind's Eye Jewels.

Two years, and I still have not gotten a shield jewel. Fucking finally.

It's using the map Fatalis is traditionally on (Castle Schrade), which is a ballista/cannon/dragonator zone. Normally Fatalis isn't a fight filled with a bunch of weird mechanics or phases, just a straight up fight.

Oh shit that new clutch claw jewel might be useful for some light weapons builds that have a random open slot.

Definitely want to find a way to work that into LBG or Bow

Yeah I could see that useful for LBG and SnS. Especially the latter since the clutch uppercut is so unreliable to me
