Oh, I'm nowhere near being done with non-event layered armor. I spend nowhere near enough time in the grinding lands for that.
But all the "welp, gotta wait a year cause I missed it" stuff, that's aaaallllllllll done.

I am grumpy at Fatalis at the moment. I got my armor set done in SOS, but now that I need just two more eyes to get my longsword/upgrade, I keep getting parties that choke.

Tbf you don't need to win to get eyes.

Bring your kitty with plunderblade for extra chances at the rng and sticky bomb away at the face.

i dont even attempt parties with fatty, peeps die too much. its easier once you have the weapons and armour

but yeah kitty with the plunderblade for sure. its not as easy as with the other gadgets but it can plunder an eye and thats the whole reason you're there

Not that surprising tbh, Anderson has allegedly been working closely with the devs to 'get it right' and is a big fan of the series, he bought the movie rights like a decade ago before it was a big name in the states.

I am all in on a game referencing the fact a B-grade Hollywood take on it exists for the matter of how dumb it'll all be.
Hope Iceborne goes on sale before the event is over since I never got around to picking up the expansion.

Since they mention quests related to it, I'm not sure it will be an event only. Behemoth and Witcher 3 stuff are just permanent. But I guess this game is also technically in maintenance mode pretty soon and event quests will just be on permanent rotation anyways.
