he's graded really well on pff. what's the issue with him

He was all-pro his rookie year, followed by 2.5 years of being awful, and then half of a season of good grades because we placed a TE/back help on his side to get the job done. Good blocker in the run, which we did a lot of obviously, but absolutely terrible in pass blocking. Also injury issues, which led to his fall from grace originally. He is going to rob a bad team.

Most Titan's fans have been calling for Dennis Kelly to replace him off the bench for awhile now. Every time he missed a game, Dennis performed a hell of a lot better.

Personally, I think the Chargers got a gift here. Got a 4-time Pro Bowl Guard who is only 26, for a 2-time Pro Bowl tackle, with injuries, that is 32. LT is more valuable, typically, but I'd love this as a Bolts fan.
